58% of Your Customers Can’t Find You!

 According to a Mobile Study Google did they found that 58% of people looking for your business may NOT be able to find you.

If you haven’t seen Google’s study or didn’t have a
chance to read it yet, let me explain exactly what they learned.

They found that:

58% of Local Consumers Looked up a business on a map or got
directions (page 22)

72% use their smart phones To get info on the go (page 16)

The bad news is, if your business does NOT have a Mobile friendly
website then they are probably going to someone who does, but the
GREAT news is that many other business also do not have a mobile
friendly site and don’t realize the opportunity in front of them!

What’s the Good News?

Herein lies the opportunity for the savvy local business that can read
the signs of the times. If you understand that there are a large number
of people now using their smart phones to find local businesses and that
most will continue their search if they cannot get a business’s info
quickly and easily, then all you need to do is BE THE ONE who can offer
this to them!

Offering a good mobile friendly way to find YOU is not as expensive OR
difficult as you might think. It’s actually very easy and you can be
‘mobilized’ within a few days.

To capture these local mobile searchers you need, at the very least, to have
a mobile friendly version of your website or some other mobile friendly
presence online. The most important information people search for are
a business’s phone number and location/directions.

Once the mobile version of the website is complete it is linked to your
main website with a special code. That code redirects mobile users to the
mobile website and people visiting your desktop ‘normal version’ continue
to see what they’ve always seen.

Will This Really Make My Business More Money?

Of course, the bottom line with any investment in your business is the
‘bottom line’ right? So if you’re going to spend a little time and invest
a few bucks in a mobile website you want to make sure you’ll have a return

a place to happen’ out there and putting your business in front of local
consumers looking to do business with you make a lot of sense.
